In-Person & Online Sessions
Sessions are offered both in-person (Northern Rivers, NSW) and online via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring your environment is safe and private for online sessions.
At Inner Sense Somatics, my somatic practices, women’s circles, breathwork, and dynamic kundalini meditations are grounded in a nervous-system informed approach. You are always invited to stay connected to your capacity and to move at your own pace. There is no pressure to 'go deep' or 'heal fast.' Transformation is guided by your body’s wisdom.
I do not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, nor do I diagnose or treat health conditions.
Health & Medical Responsibility
You are responsible for your own health. Consult your GP or healthcare provider before beginning these practices, especially if pregnant or managing health conditions.
